Harleen Kaur MD(Hom),BHMS,RSHom treats a wide range of illnesses and provides healthy lifestyle counselling and illness prevention strategies. Her practice emphasises on caring for the whole person, body and mind. She believes in a rational approach to restore and maintain health of her patients by use of safe, gentle and effective means. She has proved to be very effective in treatment of several acute and chronic ailments in both adults and children.

How Does Homeopathy Work ?
Sir. Hahnemann ( Founder of Homoeopathy ) believed that the underlying cause of disease were phenomena that he termed miasms, and that homeopathic remedies addressed these. In Homoeopathy, understanding the psyche of a person including behavioural analysis is very significant since every individual has a different nature. It is based on the fact that a healthy state of mind can achieve physical well-being. Homeopathic remedies are all natural. They are made from minute amounts of substances from the plant, animal and mineral kingdoms and they have no harmful side effects. Homeopathy works in your body like enzymes or hormones, which can be found in similar minute quantities, yet have very dynamic actions in the body.
There exists two unconventional theories: “like cures like”— which means that a disease can be cured by a substance that produces similar symptoms in healthy people; and “law of minimum dose”— which means that the lower the dose of the medication, the greater its effectiveness.
In homoeopathy, different people with same symptoms may recieve different homoepathic medicines based on "individualisation".
